On a contrary, Prague 6 is a choice of rich people, who can’t imagine living without luxury and comfort. Another options are Prague 4, 8 or 9, former industrial areas rebuilt for residential purposes and now have one of the most cozy apartments in Prague.

Despite the area in which you plan to purchase an apartment or a house, don’t forget to pay attention to conditions of a property, as some old houses may lack important infrastructure and some may not offer features like parking, internet connection and other things to which all European citizens are so used.
