We are experts in supplying ready made or freshly established limited liability and joint-stock companies and related services, such as virtual offices, tax advising, offshore structures, etc. Within a 15 years on EU immigration market we have only a 7% of rejection. Currently we offers 2 types of s.r.o companies for establishing in the Czech Republic.

Type 1 - a new s.r.o. company formation.
After all the paperwork is properly notarised and submitted, it takes about ten days for the new entity to be put into the country's Commercial Register (Obchodní rejstřík).
Type 2 - a new readymade s.r.o. company - purchase a ready made (shelf) company already registered in the country.

Please be informed: For most nationalities, we do not recommend applying for a standalone Trade License or using a ready-made company without basic capital. The safest way with the smallest chance of being rejected to apply for a Business Visa is to found a new s.r.o. company, put in the basic capital of 200.000 CZK, and apply with a maximum of 5 shareholders.
